RITESH GUPTA , a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of industry experience, embarked on his professional journey in 1998 with steel trading under the name Ganga Steels in Loha Mandi, Naraina. His expertise and business acumen led to the establishment of D.S. Ductofab Systems Private Limited in 2006, marking the beginning of a new era in HVAC manufacturing and factory-fabricated duct solutions.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours), Ritesh Gupta brings a strong foundation in business management. His core strengths lie in Sales & Marketing and Finance, playing a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and market presence. Under his leadership, D.S. Ductofab has grown into a trusted name in the HVAC industry, known for its quality, innovation, and customer-centric approach. His strategic vision and deep industry insights continue to position D.S. Ductofab at the forefront of the market, delivering excellence in every project.

MR. AMAN GUPTA

DIRECTOR – D.S. DUCTOFAB INFRA DIVISION 

AMAN GUPTA , a seasoned entrepreneur with over 2 decades of experience in  the steel and HVAC manufacturing industry began his career in 1999 in steel trading under the esteemed guidance of his father. Operating under the name Mahesh Steels at Loha Mandi , Naraina , he gained invaluable expertise in trade. 

In 2006 , he established D.S Ductofab Systems Private Limited , making a significant milestone in his journey. Under his leadership , the company has grown into leading manufacturer of high quality, factory-fabricated HVAC ducts, catering to clients across India.

With a strong vision and strategic acumen, Aman Gupta efficiently manages five state-of-the-art production plants across India. His core strength lie in Streamlining production processes and ensuring seamless procurement of raw materials , guaranteeing efficiency , quality , and innovation in every project . His  commitment to excellence has positioned D.S. DUCTOFAB as a trusted name in the industry

MR. JATIN SHARMA

DIRECTOR 

JATIN SHARMA with 20 years of rich experience in the Steel Structure Industry, MR. Sharma has proven track record of leadership and expertise. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to esteemed organizations such as Interarch Building Product Ltd. , SISCOL , Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. (JSPL) and Zetwerk Manufacturing Business Private Ltd. Currently he is serving as DIRECTOR of Infra Division D.S. DUCTOFAB SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED where he spearhead strategic initiatives and foster growths in the Infrastructure domain.

Mr. Jatin Sharma holds a M.TECH. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING and MBA in MARKETING , combining technical expertise with strategic business acumen to drive innovation and excellence in the industry.

MR. IRFANUL HAQUE

 MR. HAQUE is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in the Steel Structure Industry. Throughout his career , he has been associated with renowned organizations such as Phenix Steel Constructions , Dolphin Steel Constructions (Dubai) , Everest Building Solutions Ltd. , Fedders Lloyd Corporation Ltd. SISCOL & Zetwerk Manufacturing Business Private Ltd. Currently he is serving as GENERAL MANAGER – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT of Infra Division D.S. DUCTOFAB SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Mr. Irfan Haque holds a B.TECH. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING and MBA in MARKETING , showcasing his strong his strong technical & business accumen.

MR. HIMANSHU SUKHRALIA

GM-OPERATIONS 

MR. SUKHRALIA : An Industry Veteran in Steel Structure Solutions with over 19 years of experience in steel Structure Industry , Mr. Sukhralia has build a distinguish career marked by his contributions to leading organizations such as, Everest Building Solution Ltd., SISCOL, Jindal Steel and Power Ltd. , and Zetwerk Manufacturing Business Private Ltd. Currently he is serving as GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS of Infra Division D.S. DUCTOFAB SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Mr. Himanshu Sukhralia’s academic foundations include B.TECH. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING and MBA in OPERATION, reflecting his blend of technical expertise and business acumen that drives his success in the industry.

MR. DEEPAK GUPTA

Head of Human Resources 

MR. GUPTA is the Head of Human Resources at D.S. Ductofab Infra Division, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in corporate HR. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in HR and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).

Throughout his career, Mr. Gupta has played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies, talent management, and organizational development. Prior to joining D.S. Ductofab Infra Division, he held key HR leadership positions at MPCL Group of Companies and Camlin India Limited, where he contributed significantly to workforce planning and corporate growth.

With his deep industry knowledge and expertise, Mr. Gupta continues to drive HR excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, engagement, and operational efficiency within the organization
